Ecogrid Energy Parks (Pori and Raisio) are a joint project developed and marketed by CompassForge Ventures Oy and ecogrid.energy ltd. The initiative focuses on transforming properties managed by Compass Forge Venture into energy parks to serve industries consuming green electricity, such as data center projects.
CompassForge Ventures serves as the development company for properties, offering Developed Sites or Facilities-as-a-Service (FaaS), while Ecogrid.Energy delivers comprehensive Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) solutions and technologies. The projects are being developed in collaboration with NCC Finland.
The EaaS model and FaaS deliver a significantly higher revenue output by leveraging a single investment to power two revenue streams through shared infrastructure.
